Within our team and company we have very skilled and experienced staff who are able of delivery various types of training. We can deliver excellent hands-on-site training, where our engineers join on board. The ship's staff receives on system training. This type of training is very practical and has shown to be very beneficial to the system operator. It is very useful when ships staff turn around and there is a sudden skills shortage.
AS Wärtsilä Water & Waste we are able to offer and deliver remote on-line training as well. Also classroom training and even biological process training are possible when required.
