By liaising with the necessary Wärtsilä manufacturing centres and service centres worldwide, UK Service teams can assist with all enquiries ranging from front line telephone assistance, health check by UK based service staff, onsite training updates and including contracted Optimisation and Maintenance Agreements for E&A systems. Intelligent logistic systems throughout Wärtsilä will enable short lead time on spares, and get parts to the required location or agent throughout the UK as soon as possible.
