Management shareholding

The members of the Board of Directors, the President & CEO, and the corporations under their control, owned altogether 228,756 shares in Wärtsilä Corporation at the end of 2024, which represents 0.04% of the stock and voting rights.

Wärtsilä publishes notifications on transactions conducted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them, when the transactions reach a threshold of EUR 20,000 (without netting) on a yearly level in accordance with the provisions of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). As of July 3, 2016 Wärtsilä publishes all managers’ transactions as stock exchange release.
