Wärtsilä in Philippines has a workshop area of over 1,000 m², with state-of-the-art equipment and competent engineers and mechanics, for delivering high quality services.
Our capabilities. among others, include:
- Governor overhaul (Specialized on Woodward as Authorised Service Facility. Other brands include Europa, ZEXEL/ Yanmar, NZ61, Dieselkiki)
- Fuel injection equipment overhaul
- Honing of cylinder liners (20, 280, 32, 38, 46, ZA40, Deutz 358)
- Ultrasonic cleaning of charge air cooler
We also perform machining works for:
- VASA 32 conversion to LowNOx
- ZA40 piston crown (APR modification)
- Oversizing of seat bore (32, 46, ZA40)
- Grinding of valves and seats (20, 280, 32, 38, 46, ZA40, Deutz 358)
- Machining of cylinder head/cylinder liner sealing surface
