    BlackRock, Inc. has informed Wärtsilä Corporation that it has sold Wärtsilä shares on 25 September 2013 and now owns less than one twentieth (1/20) of the company’s votes. Following the transaction BlackRock Inc. owns 9,824,523 shares or 4.98% of Wärtsilä’s share capital and total votes.
