As a result of the Swedish police interviewing certain Wärtsilä Sweden AB employees and the publicity in the media surrounding this matter, Wärtsilä has decided to immediately initiate a special audit of the accounts of its Swedish subsidiary. Wärtsilä will issue further information on the matter when the results of the audit are available.
