Wärtsilä Gas Solutions has designed and delivered more than 1400 inert gas systems since 1960. With 60 years of experience in designing and upgrading Inert gas systems we have a complete understanding of the overall process.
Our field service team provides outstanding support all over the world. We have both equipment and process knowledge to do the most complex jobs on board the vessel or on-site. Our field service engineers are trained and certified by a number of OEM suppliers.
Wärtsilä Technical Services provides 24/7 access to technical services teams who can support on operational problems of the equipment.
We supply OEM spare parts for the whole gas plant. We have special agreements with many OEMs and keep stock of critical spare parts. With Wärtsilä, you get fast response times and cost-effective, on-time delivery, as well as technical support, installation, and maintenance services. Our technical experts can help you select an optimized package of operational spare parts.
Our courses are designed to give participants a deep understanding and detailed product knowledge within each course curriculum. Courses may include both operational and technical training and vary from basic levels to advanced training dependent on the required training level. Our training can be delivered online or in one of our training centers.
We can make a strong contribution to the efficiency of customer business by raising the competence level of employees. We are using highly qualified instructors that have experience in different systems, commissioning, service, gas trials, etc. Extensive computer simulation provides a realistic training environment. This ensures that the students become familiar with system operation and become more confident in critical situations. Alternatively, online training can be organized upon request.
