Eight LNG Carrier vessels owned by the global Teekay Group are now covered by 5-year Wärtsilä LNG Support agreements. The ships all have Wärtsilä LNG reliquefaction plants installed. The agreements provide both technical and 24/7 remote support for the onboard Gas Process Plants. The digital OPERIM (Operational Performance Improvement & Monitoring) tool is utilised to provide the data needed to support optimal efficiency, and to allow adjustments to be made when operating conditions change.
