The new concept of combination carrier developed by Norwegian shipbroker, O-J Libaek. Unlike a conventional OBO, TCC has a centreline bulkhead in order to reduce the free surface effect and improve the overall structural strength. The TCC has large longitudinal hatch openings, served by single-piece hatch covers with double seals. Cargo pipes are located in the void spaces of the upper wing tanks.
