Laser-welded sandwich panels, developed by Macor Neptun and Meyer Werft, used as a deck construction material. I-core has a high stiffness-to-weight ratio and offers benefits in terms of both height and weight. A standard panel measures 3m x 10m and is 45mm thick, with a specific weight of 53kg/m2.
