The Fassmer-built 300t buoy-layer NORDEN is characterised by a superstructure set well forward on a raised foredeck ahead of a 70m2 working deck able to accept a loading of 20t. On the centreline of an aft structure and machinery casing is the 8t/10.40m main crane with swell compensation and self-propelled head role. Abaft this island structure there is a rescue boat carried under a crane, and to starboard a workboat. Length: 39.20m, beam: 8.90m and draught: 1.60m.
