A hydraulically-operated mechanism which folds the second pair of covers in a four-panel folding hatch cover. The bell crank consists a pair of hydraulically-operated arms which engage in a lug or roller on the first panel of the trailing pair. The bell crank then turns the panels to their stowage position.
