Intermediate Inspection for Data-Driven Dynamic Maintenance Planning Solution

This training course is aimed for participants who have proper knowledge and operational experience of 4-stroke engines with minimum of three (3) years of recent experience on engine overhaul and operation. The trainees should understand the basic principles of wear effect and liquid evaluation in 4-stroke engines. The trainees need to have a basic knowledge about photographing and they should be able to collect operational data. If the training is delivered virtually, the participants must have a Wärtsilä specified endoscope available and possibility for on-premises simulation with cylinder head and liner for training purposes. General Course Objectives: The participants will learn how to evaluate the cylinder and engine components. They will be able to describe the Data-Driven DMP process and the principles of a safe workflow.
