This Engine W-X training is aimed for ship engineers and non-engine room ratings and operators which need first time basic information about W-X engines technologies. This training is also suitable for superintendents and fleet managers to get a global overview. This course is valid for W-X Engines 35/40 – 52, 62 and 72, exclude W-X Engines 82 and 92. Prerequisites The trainees should have a basic technical maintenance and operational knowledge of 2- stroke Engines and understand technical documents. Theoretical education on internal combustion engines is preferred.
